DOTIN Co.

DOTIN Co. was founded in 2005 in collaboration with Pasargad Financial Group and a number of electronic banking systems industry specialists in order to create domestic software for banking solutions and Until Spring of 2013, DOTIN worked as a small business unit, under the supervision of FANAP ICT. DOTIN has since become an independent company, while keeping its strong ties with FANAP. Since the company's founding, designing the first native Core Banking system has been the first step for this group. The project's first step was to thoroughly analyze the market of foreign and domestic products. In the winter of 2009, the first true system was executed/run in the branches of Pasargad bank. Parallel to this, payment switch, card management, mobile and internet banking systems were commissioned and as of now, all branches of Pasargad Bank use DOTIN's core banking systems. DOTIN is well renowned as one of Iran's progressive software companies in the fields of comprehensive financial and banking solution. With its talented 200 personnel, it has its software systems are currently utilized by Pasargad, the Tourism, Tose'e Ta'avon, Resalat Qard Al-Hasan Banks as well as the Arman Credit Foundation, Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation, and Pasargad Bank's Electronic Payment Company.

DatX Co.

In 2010 DatX Co. began its activities in the field of capital market, with the purpose of establishing a field for modern and relative technologies. DatX has since, with the support of FANAP holdings, grown to the point that it is looking to establish online stock exchange monitoring transaction support in IR Iran. DatX was registered on January 5, 2010. The same year, DatX Co. nativized the stock exchange software from an Austrian Company. This software allowed online transactions, and as DatX's first official project, dubbed the Pasargad Brokerage Platform and released to market. Next, by relying on domestic engineers, a completely original system, named the DatX Total Trading Solution (DTTS), which is a hall electronic management system for financial and executive stock brokerage management. DTTS was finalized and finally put online on September 20, 2013 after receiving certification/permit by Iran's largest stock traders, the Tehran Stock Exchange and the Securities and Exchange Organization. This software was fully utilized for both markets in March in 2014.

FarPAM Co.

FarPAM Company began its activities in 2009 as a technical engineering and business institution as a subsidiary of FANAP. This company is active in the fields of provision, utilization and organization of data and communication networks, and conducts studies on feasibility, and engineering base, engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM), and on telecommunication/fields it is active in. These subjects are also examined in relation to power and energy systems. FarPAM, aside from its studies and cooperation in the industry, is also a manufacturer and exporter of these technologies. FarPAM Co. earned the exclusive licensing rights from several accredited foreign corporations. Thanks to the earning these rights, FarPAM provides banking and manufacturing solutions in the fields of telecommunication and power storage at the highest global quality standard. As a whole, the activities and capabilities of FarPAM are in three sectors: provision of solutions in telecommunications networking hardware, power provision and IT industries, including manufacturing, marketing, sales and export. Among the capabilities of this company, are feasibility testing for network security projects, data centers, telecommunication, engineering-base services, executing EPC projects, high-tech consulting, and upgrading existing telecom, power provision and IT systems. This company has managed to utilize smart card and broadcast systems in telecom and power provision industries. In this field, provides its customers with services such as consultation, concept design, base-solution design, utility ad system sales, repair and maintenance services, execution and installation of systems, and after-sale services. To this day, FarPAM has participated in 40 large domestic tenders, and has approximately earned over 500 billion IRR.

With the adaptation many banking services and products to the digital and electronic era, customer satisfaction has consistently increased- whether because of online and mobile payments or in-bank security and queue systems. Whenever the public thinks of innovation in the banking industry or electronic payments, large institutes with comprehensive electronic banking solutions come to mind. The public believes that these large corporations are the founder of such innovations. However, the small companies in the digitalization of these services undoubtedly play the most significant role. Karan is one such small company, which has provided revolutionary services to the people of IR Iran. Karan was founded in 2005, just before FANAP was founded. Early on, Karan Co. worked on parking meters, vending machines, ATMs, newspaper vending machines, and similar appliances. Today, Karan is divided into three branches: electronic banking equipment and systems, thermal paper production, and banking security. The first branch constitutes electronic banking equipment and systems, which are mostly queuing systems, digital calendar systems, and customized power supplies which are utilized by security systems. The second branch covers the production line of thermal papers for different banking and commercial purposes. The final and largest branch is security. Karan has exclusive licensing rights for the import, sale and distribution of security products from German, Korean, Chinese, and other international companies, including access control, video surveillance, fire alarms and sprinkler systems.

Pars e-Ticket Co.

In the past few decades, with the development of new fields and the progression towards a Smart country, many measures were taken in the fields of microtransactions, developing electronic ID card and wallet. Today, electronic cards are regularly used instead of cash and for public transportation throughout the world. The Pars e-Ticket Company was founded [when] by engineers and financial experts who long forecasted the replacement of cash/physical money with electronic cards. These predictions were met as the country's expanding banking infrastructure caused electronic banking to mature rapidly, creating the need for a technological alternative to physical cash, and therefore for an Iranian e-Ticket company. Since its inception, the goal of Pars e-Ticket Company has been to develop and provide smart solutions to this issue while using modern technology to eliminate small cash and provide comprehensive solutions for electronic transaction management. In cooperation with the public transportation fleets of Mashhad, Qazvin, and Ahvwaz, with electronic payment, issuing over 7 million electronic id cards, was able to remove small change transactions from the systems completely. The development of technological solutions brought by the company opened new opportunities for electronic payment in taxi and metro systems. As of now, it is possible to make electronic payments for train services in Mashhad, and taxi services in Isfahan and Kish.

Behpooyesh Co.

As one of I.R.Iran's few image surveillance companies, developing the next generation of native software solutions towards a Smart Land is the vision of Behpooyesh Co. The first core of Behpooyesh was a small team of "AI" and video processing specialists, who left contract at French company after growing sanctions forced the company's Iranian branch to close. After this, the decision was made to start an independent company, and Behpooyesh Co. was founded as a subsidiary of FANAP. Behpooyesh was soon branching out to projects outside of video processing and AI. In order to help domestic companies prevent information theft and meet the needs of Iranian users, Behpooyesh developed a comprehensive video surveillance system. Behpooyesh's services have the additional, combined benefits of easier storage and higher data security. By utilizing it's information, experiences and capabilities, Behpooyesh accomplished their vision of developing the first all-Iranian video surveillance software and helping IR Iran. GIS can be utilized in environmental [studies], city planning and municipality, urban security services, transportation and traffic management, development of raw maps, function-based zoning, banking services, postal services, demographics, and management of utilities (electricity, water, gas).

Fartak Company was established in 2012 as an extension of FANAP. This company relies on its foresight, in-depth market knowledge and its dedication to innovation in engineering, provision and implementation of equipment. Fartak procures proper equipment in the fields of network, storage and information processing infrastructure and is officially one of the country's top 300 companies in sales and earnings.

ArvanTech Co.

Innovation is a fundamental working principle for FANAP. An innovative approach is adopted to every new product in this company. Most of the services designed and provided in this company have had to do with software so far, The reason is that although some software in this field has been localized , supply of the necessary hardware in Iran and other countries in the region is mostly overlooked. As a result , FANAP holding has reached the decision to establish Arvantech company for the Purpose of research, development and supply of hardware. One of the most important sections of this company is the factory. In the first phase, this factory intends to manufacture 200'000 POS terminals in collaboration with its Taiwanese partner, castles. Design and manufacture of other banking devices such as banking kiosks, ATM machines, etc. are among the company's future plans.
